Err... No. I just spent 4 months as an mtb guide in Whistler. It's "In Deep". It could possibly be one of the other techy trails higher up. But it is definitely not A-line.

Yeah man, that was pretty late in the season. I guided the drop once or twice early in the season and the top section was pretty horrific. Even later though, it was still a bit wet in a few of the depressions.

Seriously, is anybody actually going to use all that travel? just seems like a waste of time and money, and it would be the sketchiest thing to ride dh on with the BB being so stupidly high. One word: Why? |

That bike's a beast, and has done taken the abuse of several weeks in the alps (trying to catch up with me on DH tracks
 )It's the only bike i've ever seen in my 10 years of alpine riding that has never broken or needed faffed about with. As jack says, if it ain't broke, why fix it? That said, it does weigh as much as the sun... |

The fuse is definitely nicer, i always liked the older norcos...

Yeah, i've changed over a few parts since i got it.
It now has an easton CNT DH bar, thomson layback seatpost, xt cranks and an e-13 bashguard (black), as well as a Fox DHX 5 Coil. |

It's a vuelta excalibur, cheapo wheel but it's actually not bad. Bit heavy, but the hub is amazing- its a cheapy RST hub, but it's sealed bearings and to this day it's still much smoother than the hope bulb i have on my sunday.

I wrecked one in a race last year, and the only one i could get to replace it at the time was silver.

Yeah, its an ironhorse sunday factory frame. they're about £2000 including: dt swiss hub; thomson seatpost; and an fsa headset. they used to be £1800, don't know why they've gone up in price...
